John is a passionate analytics and technology business leader. For 20 years he has worked with clients helping them drive business change through the application of analytics and technology. John has held leadership roles with both SAS and IBM where he lead client engagement in Banking, Insurance, Telco & Public Sector. He holds a master’s in Management Practice and post grad diplomas in Business Finance & Marketing Strategy.

Niall is a qualified accountant with over 20 years Financial Accounting, Auditing and Management experience having qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1997 and is currently a member of the Association of International Accountants. Niall is also ProStrategy’s Finance Manager with responsibility over our internal finance function and management of our administration and HR functions.

Stephen has over 15 years’ Industry experience delivering Business Analytics Solutions and in particular in the Financial Performance Management Analytics space.  Stephen is also a Solution Specialist for the IBM Cognos Planning_TM1 Suite of Analytics.

Eoin is a dynamic IT and Operations consultant who enjoys working the intersection between technology and people, with a particular passion for using analytics and user experience to create a positive impact. He thrives in changing environments and relishes using innovative analytics solutions to solve business challenges. He has a strong record in large scale and complex system implementation.

Daire leads the Service and Delivery function in Prostrategy. His role is to direct his team of consultants and project managers in the analysis & implementation of all projects. He also has responsibility for the delivery of all development related work through his team of lead developers and is also responsible for the management and operation of the support function across the Data & Analytics, ERP & CRM space.

As a specialist in business planning and analysis, Damien has focused on enabling companies to make sharper decisions. Damien has worked across a wide range of industries including banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, media and property, managing successful Business Analytics Projects within Finance, Human Resources and Sales.

Mark is a Senior Engagement Manager and his role also includes Project Delivery Management. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in both IT & Finance – including managing and delivery of both ERP, Business Analytical Solutions and Financial Planning projects during that period. Part of Mark’s role is to guide the consultancy team in Project Management best practice. Mark is also the Cognos Controller Product Lead

Hazel has worked with Prostrategy for nearly 20 years. Initially gaining experience through her involvement with ERP systems, before moving to the Business Analytics team in 2009. Hazel manages projects for ProStrategy that specialise in helping customers to build Business Analytic solutions that unlock the full potential of their data.

Matyas has over 10 years experience as a Business Analytics Consultant; during this time he has been working on various IBM Cognos Analytics projects across Europe.

Aileen has over twenty years’ experience helping our customers increase ROI from their Business Analytics Solutions, bringing the latest Business Analytics industry trends, news and best practice updates to our customer and prospect base. Aileen also manages the Business Analytics Online Digital Marketing Programmes.

Arturas Drumsta leads the Microsoft Business Intelligence Analytics (SSAS, SSIS, SSRs) function in ProStrategy. He has Microsoft Certified IT Professional (SQL Server) and TDWI Certified Business Intelligence Professional qualifications.

Sean has over ten years’ experience in delivering Business Analytics Solutions in the Business Intelligence, Data Management, Financial Planning & Budgeting and Operational Analytics space.

John is Managing Director @ ProStrategy and joined the company in the late 80’s. In the mid-nineties, John developed an interest in Data & Analytics and this has never left him. John is the Lead for the business analytics projects and which increasingly includes implementing Data Warehouse & Analytics along with Financial & Operational Planning Solutions.
