EPS designs, builds and operates water and wastewater treatment facilities in Ireland and the UK and exports to over 30 different countries worldwide. To manage and grow the business in today’s increasingly volatile market EPS engaged ProStrategy to build their Enterprise Analytics solution which provides management with a suite of reports, dashboard & insights to assist with operational and performance management across the following business areas: sales, manufacturing, projects, service, supply chain and HR.
