A Chartered Accountant since 1987, Tony has operated primarily in the Retail and Distribution sector including Allcare Pharmacy, Hughes & Hughes Book Sellers and Lifestyle Sports. His roles have progressed from initial financial roles to being a commercial FD & subsequent MD who has successfully transformed businesses into being efficient, growth focused & profitable operations.
Owen McFeely is a director in the strategy consulting division of the PwC Ireland advisory practice, working with a broad base of clients across the retail and consumer sectors. Owen also leads PwC Ireland’s retail and consumer Brexit activity within the Irish market. Owen has over 20 years of experience in food retailing and wholesaling gained across the UK and Ireland having previously worked with Sainsbury’s, Dunnes Stores and Musgrave. Having held senior management roles within the food wholesale sector in both operational and business change capabilities, Owen has a deep understanding of the issues facing the retail and food sectors.

Pat Breen is Minister of State across the Departments of Enterprise and Innovation, the Department of Employment and Social Protection, the Department of the Taoiseach, and the Department of Justice and Equality with special responsibility for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market and Data Protection. He was previously appointed Minister of State for Employment and Small Business in May 2016. He was first elected to Dail in 2002 and was successfully re-elected in May 2007 with an increased mandate. In the General Election 2011, Pat Breen topped the poll in the Clare Constituency with 9,855 first preference votes, the highest vote ever achieved by a Fine Gael Candidate in County Clare
Josepha Madigan was appointed as Minister for Culture, Heritage & the Gaeltacht on 30th November 2017. Josepha is the sole Fine Gael T.D. for Dublin Rathdown, she was elected for the first time in the 2016 election. Josepha served on the Fine Gael Government Formation negotiation team after the 2016 election in meetings with independent T.D.s and others. She was Fine Gael Councillor for the Stillorgan Ward on Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, from May 2014 until her election as a T.D.
