Who are we looking for?
As a Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Support Consultant, you will join our high performing Dynamics division. The team works in a high-profile environment within a variety of customers in different industries such as retail, insurance, finance, food and beverage, manufacturing, etc. If you are passionate about leveraging your technical expertise to provide top-notch support, eager to contribute to diverse projects, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we’re looking forward to speaking to you!
What will you be doing?
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents & Service Requests
- Assist clients with system configuration, customization, and “how-to” questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption.
- Offer proactive guidance on best practices and system optimization.
- Record and document incident tickets.
- Escalate urgent and critical incidents to Technical Account Manager as appropriate.
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- BA in relevant field of IT or Finance
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and debugging relevant to support consultant.
- Experience in IT support previously is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly skill up on Dynamics Business Central modules
