Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire an experienced B2B Marketing Executive to join our busy sales and marketing team.As an integral member of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in the execution of our marketing plan including marketing campaign and event management. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What will you be doing?

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Take ownership of marketing campaigns from planning and implementation through to executing and reporting. This includes working with external agencies and key stakeholders to agree go to market message, target markets, campaign tactics, and publishing and management of campaigns.
  • Workshops and Events: End to end organisation of events and workshops (virtual and F2F) to include – working with vendors to ensure Marketing Activity Plans (MAP’s) are approved, co-funding is secured and POE’s are submitted in a timely manner. Liaising with venues if necessary, negotiating costs, agreeing contracts, preparation of event materials, managing invitation and registrations etc.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for a variety of touchpoints such as website, blogs, customer success stories – written and video, social media, awards submissions etc.
  • Lead Management and Campaign Reporting: Management of marketing leads in CRM from marketing qualified lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) stage and reporting campaign metrics ensure return on investment (ROI) and drive opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Email marketing and Social Media Management: Execution of email marketing campaigns including email set up & scheduling, and list management. Scheduling and managing social media activity.
  • Website: Updates to website content ensuring each page is optimised increased search engine page rankings. Work closely with external website agency where necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Building relationship and liaising with key vendors to support campaign and event execution.
  • Database Management: Update marketing databases to include data cleansing and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Brand: Assist in managing corporate branding and identity – internally and externally.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Third level marketing/digital marketing qualification – Level 8 or Level 9.
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B work experience in the IT industry. Microsoft and IBM experience a distinct advantage.
  • Possess excellent time management skills, be a self-starter and be focused on delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Proficient use of social media tools – LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Experience of the following tools a distinct advantage – Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Click Dimensions, Landing Pages, WordPress, LI Campaign Manager, G-Suite.
