Who are we looking for?

As an EPM Support Engineer, you will join our EPM division. The team works in a high-profile environment within a variety of customers in different industries such as retail, insurance, airline, food and beverage and manufacturing. Early and appropriate responses are essential to providing technical support for FP&A, B&M and Supply Chain custom solutions.  

What will you be doing?

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents & Service Requests. 
  • When available, assist in project software design, development and testing activities 
  • Manage incident queues & incident intake channels. 
  • Take ownership of incidents & communication with customer as required. 
  • Record and document incident tickets. 
  • Monitor omnichannel intake. 
  • Detail accurate information in case documentation. 
  • Coordinate internally with other support groups in timely fashion. 
  • Seek new opportunities and improvements that can generate value to customers 
  • Follow and promote company’s ISO 9001 quality management processes 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data analysis and data manipulation. 
  • 2 years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1. 
  • 2 years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools 
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards. 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills. 
  • Basic MySQL/MS SQL skills. 
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in understanding, analysing, and defining corrective actions from data provided in logs, traces, and heap dumps.
